May I suggest you spend your money on a worthy cause, like Etz Chaim of Teaneck? It appears that they will need money to build their rooftop parking lot.

President Robert Erlich spent an extensive amount of time at the last BOA hearing discussing the parking situation. I am merely giving some suggestions.
Clever? Constructive? How can I, for I am just one of Satan's minions attempting to thwart the manifest destiny of Etz Chaim to rule from Van Buren to Griggs. A light unto the nations proclaiming to all that pass on Queen Anne Road that we stand for.........Wait, they haven't figured that one out yet. I'll have to get back to you.
