Where did you get all the info Mac, I did see this on the JCT web site?

Why isn't Ohr Saadya on the list? They must have extra space in the family room.

Rabbi Zieler is doing what Rabbi David Feldman couldn't do all those years ago. Kudos to Rabbi Zieler.

Rabbi David Feldman never tried to make the Center Orthodox, it was always a traditional conservative synagogue during his term as Rabbi. Actually your comment is kind of ridiculous. Why even mention Rabbi David Feldman, show some respect to someone who is one of the most well respected and dignified leaders in this community.

Have you seen him lately? Nothing dignified about him, especially the way Aviva treats him

David Feldman had an amazing opportunity to make the center great again but instead he spawned netivot shalom. And where's the respect? All he has is a parking spot at the jct because that's what they give to their retired rabbis. No respect coming from anywhere else.

I don't believe that 5:38, but the point is why even mention Rabbi David Feldman on this blog? You want to trash EC go ahead but there needs to be some barriers in place. I disagree with the lawsuit but there is no point or need to draw Rabbi David Feldman into your discussions. I hope Rabbi Zeirler finds a way to be successful, why not leave it at that.

6:08 If you an others say that Rabbi David Feldman is so respected, shouldn't those who respect him so much ask him to speak to his son about the terrible chillul Hashem he is causing. Surely the son respects the father and the father can prevail in the son to see the error of his ways.

שמע בני מוסר אביך
Listen, my son, to your father's instruction.

It is incumbent on young Daniel to listen to the guidance of his father and it is obligatory on Rabbi David Feldman to provide instruction to his son in this matter. When Rabbi Feldman guides Daniel to relinquish the case against the Board of Adjustment, then it is binding onto young Daniel to acquiesce and cease the litigation.

Rabbi David Feldman is the key to ending the antisemetism and ill will between Ohr Saadya and Teaneck at large, not just their neighbors.

8:17. I don't agree that Rabbi David is the key but he can and should definitely play a role in fixing the mess his son and his son's comrades have caused. The Rambam's words are a wonderful mussar if only Rabbi Daniel will listen and make things right for th sake of all of Teaneck.

Rabbi David Feldman is the rabbi emeritus of the JCT.

Hey 9:00 Do you think that the Board of Trustees did the right thing by removing the Statue of the late Joe Paterno in front of Beaver Stadium? Did they do the right thing by whacking Penn State's football program? Happy Valley is not so happy at the moment thanks to Mr. Sandusky

9:32 are you comparing Ohr Saadya and Rabbi Feldman to Sandusky and Paterno?

Anonymous said...

No

Anonymous said...

9:49 Oh its the same thing. Sorta like Joe Pa in the RCBC nowing what Daniel Feldman and Ohr Saadya is doing to the comunity and the neihbors and not doing anything about it. And Daniel Feldman and Ohr Saadya is like Sandusky kidtuching their neihbors and the Teaneck BOA tacking advantage of inocents using the gise of religus freedoms. Oh yeah I see it

No connection 10:08, Mac says he likes to talk about important topics in the news, so something new and fresh to discuss, ya know.

Anonymous said...

Will there be services at Ohr Saadya on Saturday night and Sunday?

Anonymous said...

Don't think so. Theres nothing on their website and they never advertise on Teaneck Shuls.

1:06, 1:15 why worry about what EC OS is doing? I am telling you the Center could use people that is where you should go. Rabbi Zeirler could really use the help.

Repent Mac Repent from your evil ways before it is late, repent !!!

Anonymous said...

Hey 7:50. U remind me of those guys who walk around with those signs that tell everyone to "repent now. The en is near!" And we all know those guys are just nuts. Lol.

I was remiss to allow music on the blog during the 9 days. I apologize.

Music is the least of your problems. You should really apologize to EC OS for the entire blog. That would appropriate before Tisha B'Av.

hhhhhhmmmmm 10:25 am - maybe ECOS should apologize to everyone they have caused harm to over the past years. They can start with the neighbors, move on to the old members of the mechitza minyan and then get started on apologizing to every resident of Teaneck for the cost of their lawsuit. And please don't forget the apology they need to make to every jew in Teaneck for the chillul hashem they have caused. Start with all that and then maybe MacDougal could think about apologizing to the small ECOS group for bringing their deception to light!

Etz Chaim should eliminate the lawsuit and apply for whatever they want through normal channels. Then they should put a full page ad in the local papers apologizing to Teaneck for their actions AND a real apology written by Yaakov Abdelhak, Mario Guralnik, Robert Erlich, Daniel Feldman, Zalman Levine, Chanan Cohen, Elliot Frome and Rachelle Mandelbaum to the neighbors, Teaneck, the Jewish Center and Arzei Darom.

Then I'll apologize on my blog.

You go MacDude! You tell him.

Anonymous said...

MacDougal - they should put an ad out in other papers too because they have made Teaneck the laughing stock of the Jewish world!

10:25, seriously man stop what you are doing. you are not helping. if you do go to Ohr Saadya (and I do) you should know Rabbi Feldman told us not to comment on this blog. Please just give it up, I shouldn't be on here, please stop

Anonymous said...

Ok, 11:40, you told me to stop and I will. I will stop rolling on the floor laughing my tuchus off that you think I care what Rabbi Feldman says or that you want me to stop. Hold on, I have started laughing again. Give me a minute to stop "because you asked me to!" There I go again!!!

Anonymous said...

Stop what I didn't do anything. It is all 12:30's doing, he is to blame not me.

Anonymous said...

Enough already 12:40, you and 12:30 are equally to blame, you have both caused this horrid situation, man up or woman up and take responsibility for your actions.
