Under Pressure?????

Mazal tov to Etz Chaim of Teaneck for giving into macdmusings' pressure and for finally making the correct decision and cosponsoring the Yom HaZikaron/Yom HaAtzmaut program at Keter Torah along with the rest of Teaneck's Orthodox Community.

Mazal tov on acknowledging that you are a Shul and a Synagogue.

You should take more of Uncle Shluffy's sensible advice and make things right with your neighbors. Its still Nissan, our New Year as a Jewish Nation, start out the New Year the right way with a big Kiddush Hashem.

Even though Etz Chaim claims that the past isn't relevant every action of their's has been in bad faith going all the way back to Torat/s, their architectural plans referring to their "temple" etc etc etc. Is anyone else out there concerned that with their less than perfect behavior record there isn't an ulterior motive to Erz Chaim sponsoring the yom ha'atzmaut event? This group has a history of cold calculated manipulation and I have no faith they will act in good faith here either!

I don't trust these guys. What do they have up their sleeves?

Well done Mac. YOU are a bridge builder. I like how you are using your blog to make positive changes in the world. I suggest you now focus on getting Etz Chaim and Rabbi Daniel Feldman to admit their past transgressions against the neighbors and town and others they have hurt in their persuit of their synagogue center. Then this town and everyone in it can start the healing process. An apology with the admission would be nice too. Thanks.
