Who is to say that they never did 3:55. Was anyone on this blog present when they met with the building inspector. They only wanted to be a prayer group. They filed because the town told them too that is what Macdoo continually ignores.
Dude that's bull, the fact that they sued the BOA completely contradicts that position, they did not want to be just a prayer group, they always wanted to make a shul at the property. That in itself is not a crime, but they were not honest about it. Answer 3:55's question, how were they above board in their actions, stop with the BS and give proof.
Rabbi Feldman described the process in the paper 5:01. The proof is in the documents but here they get distorted constantly. They were only operating as a prayer group and applied for further variances at the request of the town. These restrictions do hinder the minyan. They have every right to be a fully operational shul like every other shul. Since they were told to apply for the full variance the conditions are unfair. However, why does Macdoo need to do this blog. If you dislike them don t go there. The whole challenging an injustice is nonsense. There is nothing more to say 5:01.

9:48 why would a prayer group need a building fund? A fund to have a Kiddish, fine. Usually a prayer group meets in someone's private home. Do they spend $800,000.00 plus to buy one? They did not just buy that property to give Feldman a house. That was part of his deal to be the Rabbi for the minyan. The whole prayer group thing was a sham, they always had the plan of creating a shul. If they had been up front about it from day one would any one have cared? Probably, but be honest. Had they been up front from day one, that may be why so many people are opposed to them. How can you argue they were upfront to start? If they were they would nor be suing the BOA.

The trial was supposed to be this past Friday and yes the date was changed. As to why the date was changed, ask the most respectful commenters from 7/16 3:12, 4:48, 5:30 and 9:48pm. They seem to have insider Etz Chaim information.
These are honest God-fearing Jews so having a trial in a secular court during the 3 weeks is not acceptable. It's that or they have been having problems getting Bobby Erlich to do what trained monkeys are supposed to do! Yea, that's probably more likely.
Actually civil trials are always delayed, unavailability of witnesses, new evidence, scheduling conflicts with lawyers and or the Court, could be anything or I guess the whole you shouldn't go to Court during the three weeks or nine days, maybe the Judge is sympathetic to Jewish issues, who knows.
